Black Pepper Shrimp Stir Fry
INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Fatworks Lard
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 8 large fresh shrimp, peeled
- 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Heat 1 tablespoon Lard in a skillet over high heat.
STEP 2
Add cabbage and 1 tablespoon water stir-fry for 30 seconds.
STEP 3
Remove cabbage from skillet and place on a serving platter.
STEP 4
Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon Lard in the skillet over high heat.
STEP 5
Place the garlic and shrimp in the skillet and stir until garlic is lightly browned and shrimp turns pink.
STEP 6
Add pepper, cilantro, soy sauce and remaining water to the skillet. Stir-fry for 10 seconds.
STEP 7
Pour the hot mixture onto the cabbage.
