- 3 orange bell peppers (any color bell pepper will work)
- 4 small yellow onions
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons Fatworks Grass-Fed Tallow
- Salt and pepper to taste

Chop yellow onions and peppers into small pieces.
Steam onions and peppers in a large covered pan with approximately 1/3 cup of water until water has cooled down completely.
Add 1 tbsp of tallow and salt and pepper to taste, and saute until onions and pepper begin to brown.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 until onions and peppers are well caramelized.
Stir until the mixture becomes well integrated.
Scoop onto eggs, chicken, or whatever suits your fancy!
