- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-1 inch cubes
- 4 carrots, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Juice of 1/2 an orange
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil or Fatworks Lard, melted

Preheat oven to 375° F.
In a medium mixing bowl, place sweet potatoes, carrots, allspice, dried ginger, cardamom, salt, the juice of an orange and coconut oil into a bowl. Mix well.
On a large baking sheet (I like to use parchment paper on top of the baking sheet), pour the ingredients from the mixing bowl onto a baking sheet.
Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
