- 2 cups walnuts
- 2 tablespoons Fatworks Beef Tallow
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 275ºF.
Melt beef tallow either in the microwave or over the stove until it's completely liquid. Meanwhile, mix together walnuts with all of the spices.
Pour melted tallow over the walnuts and mix in thoroughly, making sure the walnuts are covered evenly with spices and tallow.
Bake on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow for it to cool before enjoying.
