- 1 large carrot diced
- 1 onion diced
- 1-2 bell peppers diced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 28 ounce can diced tomatoes or 1 lb chopped fresh tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- carraway seeds
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Caraway Seeds
- Sea salt & black pepper
- Freshly chopped parsley for garnish. Finely chop the stems for the stew
- Horseradish (freshly grated or horseradish cream) for topping
- 16-32 ounces Fatworks Pure Lard*
- 1 large white or sweet onion
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 large sprig fresh rosemary
- 2 bay leaves
