Keto Delivered Salmon

This dish from Keto Delivered is simple to make but flavorful and delicious. This would be great paired with sautéed greens cooked in Duck Fat. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 medium-sized pieces of salmon
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup Fatworks lard, room temp
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric, cumin, and black pepper
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Lemon juice taste

Inactive prep time: 40-50 minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

Place fish fillets into a bowl with salt, turmeric, cumin, black pepper and garlic, tossing to coat well with melted Fatworks Lard.

STEP 2

Cover and marinate for 40 - 50 minutes in the refrigerator.

STEP 3

Preheat oven to 385 degrees F.

STEP 4

Coat the bottom of a 9 x 9 inch baking dish with some of your Fatworks Lard.

STEP 5

Place the fish in a single layer inside the baking dish, and pour the marinade on top.

STEP 6

Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes.

STEP 7

The fish should be firm to the touch.

STEP 8

Fish is done when it easily flakes with a fork.

STEP 9

Sprinkle with lemon juice 5 minutes before serving.
