INGREDIENTS

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 3/4 pound boneless skinless chicken thigh
  • 1 (0.7 ounce) bag of Pork Clouds Habanero Flavor
  • 3 tablespoons Fatworks Pure Lard 
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Cook time: 15 minutes

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

Beat one egg in a bowl.

STEP 2

Crush up pork clouds into a fine dust, then grind up walnuts into a flour and combine together.

STEP 3

Dip chicken thigh pieces into egg batter and then coat with walnut pork cloud flour.

STEP 4

4. Heat up a pan with the lard and fry the chicken till cooked on both sides.

5. Salt and pepper to taste.
