Peanut Butter, Chocolate, and Bacon Fat Bombs

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoons Eliot's Adult Nut Butter Espresso Nib (or nut butter of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons Fatworks Lard
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 15 drops Truly Zero Liquid Stevia
  • 1/4 teaspoon maple flavoring (optional)
Prep time: 15 minutes
Freeze time: 50 minutes

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

Microwave lard until completely melted. Mix in cocoa powder and 7 drops liquid Stevia until smooth.

STEP 2

Pour chocolate layer into 8 cupcake liners, then put in the freezer for 20-25 minutes.

STEP 3

Slice bacon very thin and cook until crisp. Remove from the pan and drain excess grease with paper towels.

STEP 4

Microwave Eliots Nut Butter with butter until soft. Mix with 8 drops Liquid Stevia.

STEP 5

Pour peanut butter layer over the top of the chocolate layer, then sprinkle bacon pieces over the top. Freeze for 20-25 minutes.
