Salmon Bok Choi Stir Fry
Nothing says wok joy like our salmon bok choi stir fry recipe. We aren't sure what that means exactly but we know you'll enjoy bok choi (Chinese cabbage) cooked in Fatworks Lard. This stir fry with bok choi is a natural fit and quite traditional. Hint: Don't overcook the salmon.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb salmon cut into 1" pieces
- 1 tbsp Fatworks Pure Lard
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger, chopped
- 2
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 cups bok choy, chopped
- 1 Serrano pepper, chopped seeds removed
- 12 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp regular or gluten free soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Heat Fatworks Lard in a large wok or skillet over medium high heat.
STEP 2
Add onion, ginger and garlic and cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
STEP 3
Add salmon, garlic, bok choy, mushrooms, Serrano pepper and soy sauce cook 3 to 5 minutes, until greens are wilted, stalks are crisp-tender and the salmon is cooked.
STEP 4
Add sesame seeds and season, to taste, with salt and black pepper.
