- 1 lb salmon cut into 1" pieces
- 1 tbsp Fatworks Pure Lard
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 cups bok choy, chopped
- 1 Serrano pepper, chopped seeds removed
- 12 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp regular or gluten free soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Heat Fatworks Lard in a large wok or skillet over medium high heat.
Add onion, ginger and garlic and cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add salmon, garlic, bok choy, mushrooms, Serrano pepper and soy sauce cook 3 to 5 minutes, until greens are wilted, stalks are crisp-tender and the salmon is cooked.
Add sesame seeds and season, to taste, with salt and black pepper.
