Simple Baconnaise

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large egg
  • 2-3 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Fatworks Lard
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

Add all ingredients into a small jar, allowing for the egg to settle at the bottom.

STEP 2

Once the egg is settled, insert immersion blender until it is at the very bottom. Immersion blend for 30 seconds or until all oil is emulsified at the bottom.

STEP 3

Begin to bring the immersion blender up to emulsify the rest of the oil.
