Well I have purchased several times for both types of lard, however the last 2 orders the color of the lard has been more on the light amber than white.
It is a great product! I got an assortment of Fats and used the duck at when I pan seared a duck breast. I saved the drippings plus the Fatworks in the pan to cook some potatoes. Plan to use the tallow w/some steaks later this week. I really glad that I finally decided to place an order! Ed
Great stuff! Buffalo and Wagu have great flavor and enhanced the meat. Never knew what i was missing. Will keep coming back for more and more.
Fatworks has been a delicious game changer - the wagyu beef tallow is great and my chicken dishes are next level w/schmaltz.

Wow, great care was taken in shipping, the jars were very well and safely packed.
The texture of cultured ghee compared to regular grass fed ghee is a little different, while the cultured ghee is a little more granular than non-cultured ghee.
The silky smooth goat ghee is great as always.
I find the organic pork lard, again has a texture difference, being a little more granular than the grass fed lard. I really dont know why these texture differences would occur.
All is good, and I am pleased to have Flatworks as a wonderful source of good fat.
I use the Fatworks duck fat & Waygu Fat for all my BBQ needs. Top notch!
Quick and effective processing! We received our merchandise quickly and we're delighted. We bought some of the so-called oops jars and followed the directions for resetting them. They are perfect and we enjoy the extra flavor and pastries, the consistency that this fat provides not to mention the extraordinary health benefits. I love your products! I grew up on a farm. And my parents would butcher our own lives stock. My mom would always render down the fat for lard and your products taste as wonderful as my mom's did. Brings back many childhood memories! Plus knowing how good these types of fats are for you!!!

I ordered 6 jars and am so happy to be stocked up again on these tasty, healthy fats! I use the duck fat to cook my eggs and often vegetables and potatoes. I am loving the bison tallow. It is mild, yet adds a lovely richness to meats and veggies. The pork lard makes great popcorn, but is all around useful. I haven't opened the leaf lard yet, but will use it for baking and for any other cooking.
The packaging was great. Each glass jar wrapped in its own hard shell and the way they fit together in the box was great. I liked the packaging so much I saved it in case I needing to wrap any jars to ship. Great care in packing.
Duck fat fries are how fries are supposed to made. Anything else seems like a sad copy.
