1-2-3 Cook: Grilled Veggies
As part of my 1-2-3 cook recipes (less than five ingredients and three steps), this quick and easy grilled vegetables recipe is perfect for your 4th of July BBQ! Color, flavor, and health-boosting nutrients all in one!
INGREDIENTS
- Eggplant, sliced
- Onion, sliced
- Bell peppers, sliced
- Cherry tomato
- Your choice of healthy cooking fat (Fatworks Lard or Fatworks Tallow), at room temp (roughly ¼ cup fat per 1 cup sliced veggies)
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Heat outdoor grill.
STEP 2
Combine fat with veggies.
STEP 3
Cook until browned and soft, flipping once.
