Bison Burgers with Fatworks Beef Tallow
While delicious Bison Burgers on the grill don’t always have the same juicy goodness that beef burgers do, we’ve got a way to fix that! Keto and paleo friendly, check out our simple bison burgers with beef tallow recipe below.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 pounds ground bison/buffalo (grass fed/grass finished if possible)
- 1/2 cup Fatworks Beef Tallow
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons spice rub
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook Time: 5-7 minutes
Total Time: 10-15 minutes
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Blend ingredients in a large bowl with clean hands.
STEP 2
Form Patties.
STEP 3
Cook to your liking on medium high or high heat on the stovetop or grill.
STEP 4
Flip half way through. (Add cheese if you please.)
STEP 5
Cook until Internal temp is 140 °F for medium rare and 160 for well done. We recommend 140 °F-145 °F
