There is absolutely no chicken fat (or schmaltz) within a hour of where I live now. Even if I could travel the hour up to the big city, there no guarantee I'd find it. It is organic, not chemical-laden.I am dodsabled since April 30, 2010 from a hemorrhagic stroke, from cellular toxins. And no, I don't have a (toxic) cellular phone! LOVE YOUR PRODUCT. IT SAVES MONTHS OF COLLECTING FAT TRIMMINGS FROM CHICKENS AND RENDERING IT. I USE IT TO MAKE CHOPPED CHICKEN LIVERS. I DO FURTHER PREPARE IT FOR USE BY ADDING ONIONS TO IT AND SAUTEING IT SLOWLY FOR SEVERAL HOURS TO ENHANCE THE FLAVOR BEFORE USING IT IN THE CHOPPED CHICKEN LIVER.
ANY LEFT OVER SCHMALTZ IS REFRIGERATED AND OCCASIONALLY SPREAD ON RYE BREAD OR MATZAH WITH A LITTLE SALT AS A SNACK.

Makes a great chicken soup, no need using a lot of stock/broth. Sautéing vegetables with this chicken fat makes them have a wonderful taste and texture and can be served by themselves or in a soup.

This is my second time ordering from Fatworks and they continue to deliver. I have been out of the chicken fat for a while and didn't realize how much I missed it. Why ruin expensive, organic free-range chicken with sub-par fat or stock? I just made my first crock-pot of homemade chicken soup with the Fatworks chicken fat and it was incredible. Organic dark meat chicken is hard to find and the white meat lacks all that healthy fat; I am able to replace it with the Fatworks chicken fat.

I adore this fat! I add it into my chicken stock, which is a staple of my diet on No-Plant GAPS. This shmaltz adds an amazing depth of flavor, and according to the developer of the GAPS Diet, will help me to heal faster! I blew through my first jar so quickly, I immediately ordered 2 more. Just wish it came in a bigger jar! The flavor is so rich, yet not overpowering. Love this stuff!

This is my favorite fat when I want something that's not going to impose a lot of flavor (the way duck/goose fat or the Wagyu beef tallow does) but still be delicious. It cooks beautifully and never burns because of the high smoke point. It arrives in fantastic shape; I have never had a jar arrive broken. And it comes fast.

Chicken fat has it's place, I generally have use to fry pounded chicken and then make a gravy out of this with some arrowroot powder. Do this using a cast iron for a delicious quick meal with lots of good fat.

The chicken fat was my favorite of the poultry fats! THe goose, duck and chicken are actually all good, but the chicken tastes the most “neutral” which is prefer. I am on GAPs and I add the chicken fat to my stock right before drinking it. It’s a lovely!

I have a histamine/salicylate/oxalate issue and there are almost no oils (olive, sunflower, etc) that I can tolerate. I have been using butter, but I don't want to use that for everything. Chicken schmaltz has been a really great substitute for oils when I want to oven fry or air fryer or even sear certain meat. So far so good! I recommend!

I use chicken fat to make matzoh balls. There is no store in Naples, FL, that carries it. I buy three jars and freeze them, remove what I need, and keep the rest frozen. It keeps forever. The only way it could be better if it was flavored with garlic…

Was making my own chicken fat but it was difficult to get enough while still using the chicken meat that was filling our freezer. The FatWorks product has worked very well and I am so pleased that the scent and taste of chicken is definitely present since the main purpose is to enrich food for a five pound doggie who wasn't eating well. However now she is getting the nutrition she needs and enjoying eating again.
So far I haven't used the FatWorks chicken fat for any other purpose but plan to soon. The shipment arrived quickly, was packaged very well so I have been telling others about FatWorks products.

I originally bought this because my kitty needs extra fluids every day for health reasons. For years I have spent hours, every month, making and freezing chicken broth. I bought this to replace that. She nows drinks it all, all the time, 6 TBLS per day. I only need to use 1/16 tbs per TBLS of broth. Then I tried it for a stir fry instead of oil. Think My kitty will now need to share.
