Our Organic Grass-Fed Tallow Fries start with organic russet potatoes and are made with Fatworks Certified Organic, Grass-Fed, Grass-Finished Beef Tallow.
No seed oils.
No cornstarch coatings.
No preservatives.
Just potatoes, tallow, and sea salt.
Why Triple-Cooked?
Because great fries deserve a little extra work.
First, we gently roast the potatoes to remove excess surface moisture and begin developing their structure.
Next, we par-fry them in organic grass-fed beef tallow, creating a light outer shell while locking in moisture.The third and final cook happens at home. Toss them in your oven or air fryer and, in about 15 minutes, they transform into golden-brown, restaurant-style fries.
