Fatworks adds a slight but delicious flavor. I use both Beef Tallow and Wagyu tallow, each in different ways. I use them and eggs, vegetables, start my hamburger for Lasagna, spaghetti, and tacos. I rub it on my Meats before cooking. I love it! I read where RFK, Jr wants restaurants to go back to using it. Maybe some of their fries will have flavor again.

I really like the Fatworks products and I have used them for years. I recently bought the organic tallow and the Leaf Lard. The shipment was fine but the lard was separated when I got it. For some time my wife has used olive oil for her Chinese cooking. I purchased a jar of the beef tallow to see how it measures up against the olive oil. Both my wife and I found that the flavors of her dishes improved significantly. Seed oils cannot compare to the richness and complexity that beef tallow brings to cooking.
