Love this ghee, very good quality and gives extra flavor to omelets and everything you want to fry or just stir fry.

I have been wanting to try different tallows for grilling meats. These are the perfect size to try them out with. Thrilled to have them.

Love the chicken shmaltz. They unfortunately didnt have their normal size in stock, so i ended up grabbing the 1oz. Way too small for me but atleast I was able to grab some. I hope they build up their stock again soon

The sample size is just enough to find out the quality and taste. I tried the Leaf lard, and it was great. They were out of the Tallow. Their soap is the best. I've tried many others, and none are as good.

I was expecting a little pork flavor. And although I didn't detect any, this melts good and you need very little. For those like myself who are transitioning away from seed/vegetable oils, this is a good alternative.

Overall great. I sent an email With a question about one of the products and never got a reply though. The chicken fat arrived with a broken seal. I haven’t tried it yet because I’m not sure it is safe to eat.

Love the small because it is easy to pack when we travel and we are staying in a vacation rental. The majority of the time we fly and never had an issue with it leaking out.

I am so happy that I discovered Fatworks. Originally from Europe, we like to indulge in goose fat, duck fat and cook with lard. The good stuff was almost impossible to find until Fatworks! So thank you for providing "the good stuff". Additionally, shopping at a local cats-only adoption supply store, I noticed they had a whole shelf of your products and said that a teaspoon added to cat food is good for them, so now your products have another use in our house. The tallow arrived promptly and in good packaging. However it's incredibly gamey and didn't taste good when used to fry a steak. I gave it one more shot and tried it in some soup and it ruined the soup. Overall would not buy it again.

I love these small amounts of fats. They're perfect to try for one or two dishes. I use them for cooking. I ordered online because the price was excellent.

I have been using another brand of ghee but thought I would give fatworks a try since I like their bison tallow so much. I loved the taste of this ghee, it doesn't have as much of an aftertaste as the other brand I use. I will be purchasing again!

I use this in cast iron and in stainless steel cookware and I LOVE it! Never greasy and excellent flavor I am enjoying it very much, it helps my keto diet planning to order more products as you really make excellent tallow.

Used this lard instead of evoo in a pot of beans and they were glorious.

Each of the jars provided a nice sampling of the fat/lard and I really enjoyed having them help me prepare my meals. I will order again.

I bought the (fragrance-free) buffalo tallow to help with my tearing and ragged fingernails. I rub the tallow into my nails on top and also along the side edges of the nails. If I remember to do it a couple of times a day, it helps with the tearing. I also appreciate that the tallow leaves no greasy feeling at all. I have friends who put vaseline on their fingernails at night and then don gloves, to keep the grease from getting on the sheets. I can use the tallow and go to bed immediately without any grease or mess.

It melts very easily, and it did not change the taste of my food. Which I like very much!

Does leave a gamy taste when using it on meats. Better for pork and beef, not recommended for fish or poultry.

Lamb is my favorite food, so I was delighted to see FatWorks had lamb tallow! It's amazing, and I use it on everything! I even sometimes sneak a bit directly from the jar.

I got this to use in my hair (it’s not as gross as it sounds, promise!). It’s been awesome and makes my ends super soft when they’ve been a bit dry for a while. I’m allergic to basically every conditioner and I could see this replacing it for some people. The smell is there but totally fades after a minute or two!

I bought this to try as a facial moisturizer and it didn't work out as planned. Firstly, it does have a beefy smell and I had to add an essential oil to it to mask the odor. It has a very "grainy" texture which melts down (thankfully) on the skin and last, but not least, it is very heavy and greasy on the skin. It would be better to use in the winter time when skin is very dry.

I’m usually a tallow consumer but these little lard shots are an amazing switch up for me!

I ordered several of the sample-sized fats: ghee, pork, duck, and schmaltz (chicken). The order came through in a timely enough manner. My only complaint is the sample-sized bottles are too small of a sample to get a good feel, or should I say taste. I used the ghee and pork lard right off the bat. The ghee barely lasted for two scrambled egg breakfasts. I really want to make some sawmill gravy and the sample size just isn't enough. Guess I'll have to buy the larger ones, gosh darn it! :-) So remember, fat is good for you. It's too much fat that is bad for you. You really do want to add fat to your cooking and so far Fatworks has some of the best I've come across. Just be sure to buy enough in your first order. ;-)

I have used chow ghee before for many many years. I bought the goat ghee out of curiosity. Personally, I liked the flavor but my family wasn't a big fan.

I bought the tallow specifically to help me when I make Yorkshire pudding popovers with steak. They’re usually made with a beef roast where there’s plenty of drippings for added flavor. The tallow added a modest beef flavor to the popovers, preferable to using vegetable oil. I didn’t realize how hard it was to clean the tallow out of the muffin pan though Lol. The sample jars were well wrapped and delivered unbroken.

This goat Lard is creamy and I am sure just as good as the Pork Lard. I am just not ready for any food from goats at this time, so I am going to pass on it for the time being.
