Grass-Fed Goat Milk Ghee 7.5 oz: So good you'll say, "You've Goat to be kidding me!" If you love goat milk, goat butter or goat cheese (and even if you don't) you'll love this ghee. Clarified and roasted to perfection, goat’s milk is considered naturally easier on the digestive system than cow's milk and is thought of as "cooling" in Ayurvedic circles. We think it's pretty cool too. Goat’s milk ghee, is a perfect substitute for butter and other cooking oils. It has lots of vitamins. There is approximately 100% more Vitamin D, A, and E than our cow's milk ghee! Domestically sourced from small family farms, this ghee is crafted from 100% grass-fed, pasture-raised goat butter, which is then cooked and fine-filtered in small batches. There are no added hormones, no additives or preservatives and no pesticides used. Great for eating straight out of the jar for a keto pick-me-up, as well as for all the standard stuff like baking, sautéing, frying, smoothies, etc. The smoke point is over 450℉. Good product we loved it very creamy
Because of the natural functional lipids found in goat milk (also in breast milk), I wanted to give goat ghee a go. Hoping to retain these beneficial compounds, natural processing was a priority. I found what I was looking for at Fatworks. I only wish I could order a larger jar!
Both the goat ghee and cow ghee are staples in my cupboard. Goat ghee is hard to come by compared to cow ghee, yet it is higher in vitamins D and E as well as MCTs, so I like it for that reason. To me, the flavor is lighter, less indulgently rich than the cow ghee.
I use this to make scrambled eggs every night. It's great!
Fatworks goat milk ghee is delicious and nutritious. I add it to my hot mug of bone broth and even eat a teaspoon or 2 by itself. Sooo good. And the ordering and delivery are straightforward, no issues.

I've been eating ghee for many years. I opt for the best I can find. Fatworks Goat Ghee is incredible IMO. But I'm about anything goat. Personally I much prefer this brand over any others, which are few. The consistency and taste are fantastic. I like it much better than cow ghee. It is not as thick as cow so spreads super easy even in colder weather. It's very smooth. Reminds me of the butter my grandmother had when I was a kid. I use it for everything including my coffee/tea drinks.

I had the goat milk ghee for a couple of days before I opened it. Decided on sautéing potatoes, onions & peppers for my Spanish tortilla in the ghee. I opened the jar, took one whiff & fell in love & shameless lust over this product. The result was beautifully sautéed onions & peppers, & perfectly browned potatoes. Even under all those veggies & eggs, I could smell & taste the goat ghee. An amazing addition to what was can be an ordinary dish. The ghee truly brightened & dazzled my dinner. So looking forward to cooking with the duck fat & trying other products. I am a convert!
I have been hesitant to post a review because I almost want to gatekeep just how nourishing this ghee has been to me since I started buying it. Pictured is what I am calling 'Sunshine Butter'. I use an entire jar of delicious Goat's Milk Ghee, blended with eight egg yolks and the juice of whole lemon. I melt this butter onto eggs, bacon, and just eat it by the spoon-full -- morning til night. Please, Fatworks, never change your recipe. I am absolutely in love with how goaty and buttery the flavor is, and have specifically avoided trying other brands because they have allegedly cooked out most of the goaty flavor. Coming off of a 28 day water fast, this ghee has been a source of deep nourishment as I reconstitute, and if I skip a day because I haven't prepared a new batch, I can feel myself missing it on a bodily level.

We know that 28 days is no joke and a lot can go bad if you do not refeed properly, but it sound like you have it down to a T..spoon. :) We have no intention of changing our Goat ghee sourcing or processing.

Fantastic A2 ghee! I'm limited to A2 milk right now (goat milk is A2), and this goat ghee is perfect. It's super tasty on anything you would use regular butter on.
