The turkey fat was the solution to making wild turkey moist. I have tried so many different ways to prepare wild turkey breast with only one good marinade, but wanted to do more than just grill the breast. I consulted with America's Test Kitchen and fat was the one thing that kept coming up. So I googled turkey fat and found your wonderful product and have made two different dishes using the turkey fat for the wild turkey breast and both came out absolutely delicious.
I’ve been having inflammation issues with other plant based oils, even olive oil believe it or not. And I’ve noticed I handle turkey fat fine a lot better than chicken too. So I gave this a try and it works great.
Really nice product.
I added Organic Turkey Fat to the pan while roasting some turkey legs so (1) the fat would brown and (2) I'd get a huge bowl of luscious gravy! It's the best gravy I've ever made. Highly recommend!
Thank you so much for this. I didn't even know this company existed and I'm so glad I do now. I haven't been able to eat any vegetable oils and this fat has been helping me to have something to cook with. I was just cooking my eggs in the pan and they just tasted so bland but now I can put some turkey fat in the pan and when I cook other meals I can do the same. Thank you so much! Delicious!

Thanks for the feedback! Glad we could help you bring your egg game back up :)
I love turkey, so when I saw that fatworks started carrying turkey fat; I immediately purchased it. It tastes very similarly to turkey broth, personally I love it on rice and brussel sprouts
Just love it. We roast a turkey breast for Thanksgiving and it doesn't produce much for drippings so I ordered some turkey fat for making the gravy. Everyone loved it and it's so easy. Equal parts fat and flour, then add chicken stock till you get the desired consistency. I watched a 90 pound, 22 year old girl drinking it.
I used it on a heritage free range turkey that was on the lean side. I rubbed it all over and inside the turkey to help it stay moist and get nicely browned. It worked great. It helped make a great gravy.
I add t his turkey fat to my morning meal as a b-vitamin supplement. B-9 is an important, but often overlooked part of the b-vitamin complex. This fat is light and goes with whatever I am eating on any particular morning.
One jar is perfect to use for making the stuffing that didn’t go into the bird, and to put in the bottom of the pan to add to the natural juices. Just right!
Wow- I am the “Gravy King”
Of our family- over 20 years being tasked to make the turkey gravy. This year I used your product to make the roux,,, meat came out was the smoothest best tasting gravy ever. This will now be my “go to” for ever!
I made my usual stuffing with the turkey fat and no one liked it. They usually love my stuffing. I was embarrassed. It tasted strange and everyone asked if I had put sugar in it. Not what I was expecting.
I have a lot of food intolerances and sensitivities, I’ve recently had to add Olive Oil to the list. But for whatever reason I digest turkey meat/fat fine. This has been an extremely pleasant alternative.
The Organic Turkey Fat is a MUST! It makes my food even more soft and delectable. I am utilizing it for my healing journey as my meals require extra fat - and I appreciate having this as an option - especially being organic.
I never received the product on order FAT131678, which was ordered August 15 for delivery a couple days later. I contacted the service team for support after missed delivery date via email listed on their website (orders@fatworks.com) on the 20th and 25th with no response. Then the following week I tried the 'contact us' page on the website. No response has been given to that contact, either. However, Fatworks continues to contact me to review product paid for, but never recieved.
I am now unclear if this website is even real with very poor customer service, or if it is an elaborate scam. Buyer beware.
I use this for basting and making gravy. I also like to use it on turkey breast cutlets as a baste when roasting them. I also add it to the iron skillet if I pan sear them instead. Adds wonderful flavor.
I am very, very happy with the one pound Lard bucket! I can taste the same great flavor as the smaller jars, but the economical advantage of the size tastes great too!! The process of melting (in a crock pot) and transferring the lard into smaller glass jars was easy and worth the time. Thank you Fatworks for being an integral part of my revolutionary "fat" lifestyle!
