I ordered the chicken fat and pork lard and I'm so happy I did. Soon I'll be ordering more since I'm using both of them more than butter which used to be my go to. From popcorn to chicken fried steak these are fantastic. So glad I found you. Plus you have leaf lard which I must get the next order I place. I know leaf lard makes great biscuits and pie crusts!

I've used this product before, and I especially like to roast chickpeas or cook black eyed pease with some of this along with cumin, salt, and pepper. Two of my favorite dishes. A friend of mine is a professional baker, and she makes bacon-fat bread, which is delicious! So it's very versatile! I definitely recommend!

I'd rate firstly the speedy attention to processing my lard order and then receiving it. Also, the lard was so nice to cook with as I made chicken paprika and use it to braze the chicken to a nice brown before cooking it stove top. The lard added a nice rich taste to the meal.
