Fatworks Command Center Data Deletion Instructions
Use these instructions to request removal of your information from the Fatworks Command Center, including information received through a Meta connection.
Request deletion
- Email dcole@fatworks.com with the subject “Fatworks Command Center — data deletion request.”
- Include your name, the email you use for the Command Center, the connected service, and the information you want removed. Include the relevant Meta account or business ID if you know it.
- The workspace owner will verify the request and relevant account before removing information. Reply to the same email thread to ask about the status of your request.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, app secrets, or payment details.
What the request covers
Requests cover information stored by the Command Center that relates to the verified requester and their connected account. The current Meta integration stores an encrypted access token and connection metadata, including the ad account ID and name; it does not currently maintain an imported campaign reporting feed.
The owner reviews any additional saved records covered by your request. Records belonging to other people or the business are reviewed separately. If information needs to be retained for an applicable legal obligation, the owner will explain the limitation in their response.
Remove a Meta connection
An authorized connection manager can open Connections → Meta Ads in the Command Center and select Disconnect to remove the locally saved Meta credentials and account metadata. This also stops the Command Center using that saved connection. Review the app's access in your Meta account or business settings and revoke it there to end provider authorization.
Removing the local connection does not delete your Facebook or Instagram account, Meta ad account, or campaigns held by Meta. A deletion request is reviewed separately from disconnecting a service.
