Fatworks Command Center Terms of Use

Effective October 5, 2026.

These terms apply to the Fatworks Command Center, an internal business workspace for authorized Fatworks colleagues and invited collaborators.

Authorized use

Use your own authorized account and provider permissions. Do not share credentials, grant access without authorization, or access records outside your assigned role. Invited collaborators must stay within the access granted to them.

Records and decisions

Users are responsible for the accuracy and authorization of data they upload or enter. Reports may rely on dated imports or incomplete integrations. Verify source data before making purchasing, inventory, accounting, advertising, or financial decisions.

AI and campaign work

AI outputs are suggestions requiring human review. Saving a campaign plan or draft does not launch it. Follow the applicable approval workflow and confirm permission to use creative assets.

Third-party services

Connected providers have their own terms, policies, permissions, and availability. Authorize only the company or account you intend to connect. Current QuickBooks authorization does not import bills, calculate profitability, execute payments, or modify accounting transactions.

Access and changes

The Fatworks workspace owner may change roles, disable features, or remove access. Features and these terms may be updated as the workspace develops. Fatworks retains its rights in its business data and assets.
