Fatworks didn’t invent “superfatting”, but it’s definitely our favorite word ever. Superfatting involves incorporating an extra amount of Grass-Fed Tallow into the soap formulation which ensures that there is a surplus of nourishing agents left in the final product. This provides your skin with an additional boost of hydration and protection. As Grass-Fed Tallow is super fat, FAT BAR™ is a tallow soap for sale that is superfatted with this ingredient.
SUBTLY SCENTED
In general, Grass-Fed Tallow soap has a mild fragrance that is often described as "clean" or "natural", and for those wondering, no, it’s not beefy smelling at all. Our animal fat soaps are infused with essential oils to create a subtly scented, woodsy blend of juniper, with citrusy notes of mandarin. Juniper evokes a sense of tranquility and relaxation while the citrus awakens your senses.
SUSTAINABILITY
When we started in 2011, farmers were throwing out their excess fat. By incorporating Grass-Fed tallow into soap, we can give yet another viable use for an otherwise discarded resource. The tallow used in the making of our fat-based soaps is exactly the same as the Grass-Fed, Grass-Finished Tallow that is found in our Fatworks jars which are sourced exclusively from small family farms across the USA. Using our tallow-based soap is a great way to take a more environmentally conscious approach to personal care.

Love this soap! Nice mild fresh scent, feels moisturizing without any residue and leaves skin feeling soft! Just wish I could purchase in store or on Amazon to get it quicker when I’m low on stock but other than that wouldn’t change a thing.

My husband and grandson both suffer from eczema. This is the only soap that not only doesn’t irritate but actually helps heal it. I also use the tallow for cooking. I love the soap. After showering my skin ,which is parched because of the medications I take. My skin felt soft and hydrated after the first shower. I absolutely love this soap! The bar is a good size and the scent is so refreshing. I have not used any other bar soap since I found your product. Most top name bar soaps strip the moisture from my face but since using FatBar my skin feels moisturized right out of the shower! I bought 6 bars this month because it was out of stock in the past and I didn’t want to go without it!! Thank you for such a great product that actually does what it claims!!

I love Fat Bar soap because it lather up really good a it feels like it grabs the dirty off and you just feel so clean and then pat my skin dry and use some coconut oil. It’s just an overall really good soap and I'm glad I blind bought it.

Love it. I’ve purchased tallow soaps at farmers markets, while they're nice, they’re rather pricy and they don’t last very long. These bars last a decent amount of time and my skin doesn’t dry out, the smell is a subtle citrus. I would recommend it for the entire family.
